Local rules worth knowing
Kraków Clean Transport Zone (SCT): in force since 1 January 2026, covering the city up to the fourth ring road. Petrol cars need at least Euro 4 (or built 2005 or later) and diesels Euro 6 (or built 2014 or later). Non-resident drivers of non-compliant cars pay to enter. Current rules: krakow.pl.
