Questions from event hires
Yes. You enter the dimensions, capacity, power draw, setup time and crew needed on the equipment, and your booking page shows them to the customer.
As paid extras. The customer takes the equipment alone or with setup, and can pick the extra on your website.
For a generator, staff record the engine hours and fuel at pickup and return, while marquees and PA go out without those fields. With the tank size entered, the app charges for missing fuel at return.
Yes. A reminder email goes out before pickup and before return, at the time you choose in the settings.
