Licence details – number, issuing country, expiry – recorded on the driver, with staff checking the document itself at pickup and confirming it in the system. E-waiver signature and deposit pre-auth in the same flow. Identity verification via a third-party KYC provider is on the roadmap.
Damage map + tablet handover/return
Tappable damage map, before/after photos, odometer and fuel reading, signature on tablet. Contract PDF generated and emailed during handover – and saved on the reservation.
Multi-source bookings, one availability
