In the morning, two things matter: what goes out today and how much has come in since the start of the month.

Revenue and payments are two different numbers: renters usually pay at pickup.

- A cancellation takes off the refunded share.
- Branch revenue counts from the pickup branch.
Fleet occupancy and cancellations
Occupancy tells you how many days your vehicles were out with renters, and how many they stood idle.
In OneRental. The report divides rented days by the whole fleet’s days in each month, and beside it shows how many bookings were cancelled.

Fleet costs: service, tyres, fuel and the rest
A vehicle costs money even when it stands still: leasing, insurance, tyres, servicing.

Questions about reports and the dashboard
From what your team records: bookings, payments, pickups and returns, and the costs on each vehicle. Nothing is typed in twice.
Revenue is the charges recorded on bookings in a month, less what cancellations gave back. Collected is the payments your team recorded, less refunds.
