How to add an employee to the app
One shared login for the whole team cannot tell you who handed over a car.
In OneRental. You enter a name, an e-mail and a role, and they get an invitation valid for 2 days.
How many people on the team
Starter: 3 people, you included. Growth: 15. Pro: no limit.
Invite people to the app and decide what each of them can do.
- They sign in with a link by e-mail, no password.
- Send it again, or withdraw it.
Audit log: who changed what, and when
When a renter asks about changed dates, what matters is who changed them, and when.
In OneRental. The log records the person, the time and the change, from Growth.

Yes. In My day they see the tasks nobody is on and take one with “I’ll take it”. Giving a task to someone else is for the owner and managers.
They lose access right away, and their unfinished tasks go back to “Free to take”.
