Disinfection as a first step
On return, you set the item to 'awaiting disinfection' status, and it only returns to the fleet once marked ready. OneRental is built around a disinfection-first step; a full protocol log (date, agent, temperature) is on the roadmap.
Long-term rental + monthly settlement
Weekly, monthly and open-ended rentals with long-term rates. The monthly settlement is calculated from the reservation and you generate the receipt from the system. Early return without penalty (e.g. after a patient passes).
Billing and sensitive communication
Everything you need to settle with the family or the payer (insurer, public healthcare) sits on the reservation – the reimbursement number goes in the note. Attach the prescription or referral as a document on the record. VAT invoices, direct public-healthcare billing and e-prescription verification are on the roadmap; today the system generates the contract, return protocol and receipt.
