Day rates and longer-rental tiers
A rate is the price per day or per hour, and tiers make each day cheaper on a longer rental.
In OneRental. You set the tiers once, and the app makes sure a shorter rental never costs more than a longer one.
A price list to start with
A new company gets a sample price list: a rate, three packages, add-ons, a weekend surcharge, a low-season discount and the code WELCOME10.

Seasons and weekends: surcharges and discounts
The same rate can cost more at the weekend and less out of season.
In OneRental. You create a modifier once and tick it on your rates, and the app checks it on every booking.
- A weekend is any part of Saturday or Sunday.
- Of several discounts, the renter gets the best.
Promo codes: a percentage or an amount
A promo code takes off a percentage or an amount, and it can have a usage limit and an end date.
In OneRental. The renter types the code on your booking site, and it comes off last, from the whole amount.
- One code per booking.
- Past its date or limit, a code stops working.
Packages: deposit, excess and mileage
A package is a version of the rental: a one-off fee, a deposit, a damage excess, sometimes its own mileage.
In OneRental. The renter picks a package when booking, and its terms go into the rental agreement.
- The package fee is charged once.
- The deposit stays out of the price.
Add-ons: child seat, extra driver, delivery
An add-on has a price per item, and the renter takes as many as they need.
In OneRental. You set the price, the most per booking and, where needed, its own VAT rate.
- Limit an add-on to chosen industries.
- The limit holds online and at the counter.
Gross or net prices, and VAT
You give a price with or without VAT, and the other amount follows from the VAT rate.
In OneRental. Currency and VAT rate follow your company’s country, and renters see gross or net prices, as you choose.
